How do I pay for my order?
Most our customers find our payment method is simple as ABC even a 3 year old will laugh at it. You just simply need to find the one which is fastest and easiest out of all the below modes

How will I know if my purchase is successful?
After you submit your order through email or sms, you will get a confirmation through e-mail or sms of your purchases with the order statement with an order reference number. If you provide us with your mobile phone no., you’ll also be notified by our SMS immediately.
3. How can I check my order status?
You can check on your order status anytime by emailing us at wet.sedution@gmail.com or sms us at 012-271 9758 or 012-3603263
4. Can I cancel my orders after checkout?
Orders cannot be cancelled upon approval after checkout and reading all terms and conditions. However, you can cancel an order if there is strong, valid reasons for the cancellation, but please note that a 15% surcharge will be charged for every cancellation of an order. This is strictly a case by case basis.
How do I make an order?
There are 4 steps.

Step 1- Shop and browse freely in our website
Step 2- Decide the product that you are interested and copy the product code.
Step 3- Send us the product code you are interested through email (wet.seduction@gmail.com) or sms (012-2719758 or 012-3603263) along with your name and address and we will send you the reference code and you can proceed to the payment procedure in step 4.
Step 4- Once you make your payment, please send a proof of payment (i.e. Order Reference Code, Bank Name, Branch, Transfer Date/Time, Total Amount, and Payee's Name) to our email at (wet.seduction@gmail.com) or you can sms to us at (012-2719758 or 012-3603263)
• About Delivery & Shipping
How long do I have to wait for the Wet-Seduction product I purchased to arrive?
We are using "AIRPAK EXPRESS" courier service, depending on your delivery location the time vary from 2-3 days. Late delivery may also be the result of lost packages where we have to re-send your order. We will normally notify our customers if their packages were lost.

Our shipping charges are flat rate basis at RM 8.00 to West Malaysia and RM 12.00 to

Is the packaging used discreet? Will others easily access to the contents of my order?
Yes, the parcel will be delivered under our “Guaranteed 101% Privacy-security Order Delivery” policy. The product is delivered in plain packaging with no identifiable indication as to its contents. In fact, in the consideration of someone outside the intended-recipient might have unauthorized access to Wet-Seduction packages, we have included double level of ‘one-time-open-only’ strong-adhesive seals whereby it will not be able to be restored to its unopened condition upon opening.
Will my personal information be kept private?
We value our customers and their privacy. Please be assured that the information collected is protected from public access and we do not rent or sell any of the information to third parties.
